Samsung is expecting to hit the 10 Million mark by the end of this month - while already by end April, four million pieces had been sold out. It may be added that Galaxy S4 was launched on 26th April and in just four days the world wide sales reached 4 million.
Samsung has come a long way in establishing itself as a major competitor to the US monopolistic Apple. Its first smartphone that made headlines was Galaxy S2 - which slowly and gradually picked up sales momentum and it took some 85 days for S2 to reach a four million mark.
And after S2, there has been ending as Samsung needed 55 days for the S” and the S3 only 21 days!
The target of 10 million Galaxy S4 devices must be an easy target for Samsung. “As of Friday, we have sold more than 6 million units, and we predict that we could break the 10-million mark by as early as the end of this month,” the company said.
