I have never been a Nokia lover - but recently when my wife bought a Nokia Lumia, suddenly I found interest in this smartphone and started reading more about it.
Which brought me to the leaked information on the forthcoming Nokia 928.
Although Nokia 920 is already a big smartphone - so what makes Nokia 928 something different from 920? Well as per leaked info, 928 seems a a CDMA variant of the Lumia 920. The differences of course will be slightly different exterior and inclusion of Xenon flash all wrapped up in a thinner body.
It is also to have some minor updates including a supposed Xenon flash, which is clearly visible next to the adjacent LED and a slightly thinner frame (though not as thin as ‘Catwalk’). Otherwise, it shares the same 4.5” LCD display, 1.5 GHz dual core CPU. Current memory allocation is unknown though it is thought to be 32 GB.
And yet there is something more - if it comes true: Nokia 928 is likely to have AMOLED (Active-Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode) display. The technology is relatively new which is mainly known for providing excellent color contrasts and deeper blacks and is mainly found in high-end Samsung smartphones and some low-end Nokia smartphones as well. AMOLED panel is quite thinner than other displays on the market, as a result of which Lumia 928 display is reportedly thinner and lighter than 920 display. Also, this thinner display will serve more space for the battery.
So let us see how finally Nokia 928 really comes out to be later this month.
